Website data

The Studio Fit Check requests an email address, explicit consent, six coarse workflow answers, and an acquisition source. Those answers are used to return a workflow map and qualify relevant private-beta cohorts. The direct beta form requests only an email, consent, and source. Essential server logs may include IP address, timestamp, request path, and user agent for abuse prevention and reliability.

Privacy-bounded funnel analytics use named milestones such as assessment start, assessment completion, trial request, and checkout start. They do not include the questionnaire answers or email. The website does not intentionally collect command text, voice audio, project names, track names, samples, or AI-provider keys.

Product data

Maeztro stores Rig Profiles, MIDI mappings, approved commands, project-scoped conversation history, Performance Log metadata, arrangement blueprints, and confirmed planning memory locally on the Mac. The conversation contains no audio. Beta product telemetry must be opt-in and use an anonymous installation identifier.

Customer-owned AI providers

Cloud planning is optional. Supported provider keys are stored in macOS Keychain and are not sent to this website. The app is designed to send only an allowlisted, pseudonymized metadata snapshot; audio, clips, samples, local paths, and project memories are excluded.

Access and deletion

Before launch, this section will identify the controller, lawful bases, retention schedules, international transfers, processors, and the verified channel for access, correction, deletion, objection, and consent withdrawal.
