Refunds
If it does not fit the rig, the exit should be clear.
The planned public offer includes a 14-day refund request window after purchase, subject to applicable consumer law and the final seller and payment terms.
Pre-launch policy. Checkout must remain disabled until legal review confirms the seller, effective process, response times, regional rights, tax treatment, and Stripe configuration.
Planned refund window
A customer may request a refund within 14 calendar days after purchase. Nothing in this policy reduces non-waivable statutory rights.
How to request
The launch version will provide a direct order-support link from the receipt and this page. The customer should include the order email and may optionally share the compatibility or setup reason. Provider keys, project files, and voice recordings should never be sent.
After a refund
The seller will issue approved refunds through Stripe, which returns funds to the original payment method according to its processing times. The entitlement will be revoked for future activation and updates; locally created music, mappings, and project files remain the customer’s.
