The product contract should be as predictable as the control engine.
These terms are a pre-launch outline. They are intentionally not represented as an effective customer agreement.
Legal review required before checkout is enabled. Seller identity, governing law, liability terms, consumer rights, warranty language, tax treatment, and Stripe payment terms are not yet complete.
License outline
The planned Maeztro v1 offer grants one person a non-transferable license for two personal Macs and use of v1.x updates. It does not promise all future major versions or perpetual hosted services.
Compatibility and updates
Supported macOS versions, MIDI connection types, and dedicated software integrations will be stated before purchase. Customers remain responsible for maintaining a compatible computer, device or music-software license, connection hardware, and any optional provider account.
Third-party providers
OpenAI and local Ollama/Qwen are separate products governed by their own terms. Provider availability, pricing, model behavior, and data practices are outside the Maeztro license. Cloud AI is optional.
Real-time use
Users must soundcheck Live Packs and retain an emergency stop path before relying on Maeztro in a recording or performance. Maeztro is a control aid, not a guarantee against equipment, software, clock, mapping, or operator failure. The final agreement must describe this boundary without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.
